Our Story

After many years of gaining culinary experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, Chef James Capone founded Deliciously Different in 2006.  From the preparation to the presentation, he brings his unique panache to each dish and to every event.  Since its inception, Deliciously Different has become the preferred caterer for over 200 clients and caters 500 plus events annually.  With each evolving year we increase our presence by setting new culinary and service standards in our industry.
